Here are some of the 2-Sentence Statements of Intention that are coming in. Isn't it exiting to see the creative juices flowing? These all answer the question: How are you going to create reproducing groups led by lay people ministering to non-believers?

We will
encourage people to become "Cpoints" (a Cpoint is a person who is a
connection between Jesus and people who do not yet follow him). We will add a 3
session seminar into our discipleship process called Cpoint Training and
encourage our point of light groups (cells) to have Cpoints in each group.

I intend to

I intend to
be one of the small group leaders.

           ———————————–

??? FMC
shall start 12 small homogeneous home groups called Groups for Discipleship and
Growth (GDC), by geographic sectors initially composed of members responding to
a gift, talent and ministry survey, distributed according to the following
categories: married adults, young married adults, singles, adolescents, and
children. These shall meet at least every two weeks, focusing their work on
winning souls, discipling and training group members to develop their gifts and
ministries in service to God and the community, resulting in the group’s
regular reproduction.  In each meeting,
each group shall share the Scriptures guided by a topic manual, respond to John
Wesley’s 5 questions for groups, pray for new conversions and needs and engage
in some community service.

Through 2
ministry expansion portholes we intend to start and multiply "Reproducing
groups led by lay people, who will reach out to unchurched peoples."  We are praying for a great harvest!

I am going
to become less so that He can become more. By being genuine in everything I do
and say, people (both believers and nonbelievers)will actually sit and listen
to what God has to say through me.

We will
create LTG's by using lay people within ??? FMC.  We will encourage/empower them to reproduce
LTG's in our community.

           ———————————–

We will
continue to train, equip, and encourage our expanding family of faith to engage
“cherished missing” friends, family and neighbors in a small group system
designed to lead to faith in Christ those who participate. It is our intent to
launch our small groups this fall using the system taught in the Coaching
Network incorporating Nelson Searcy’s small group system and materials from the
Life Transformation Groups.

The end is
near, let's get in gear.  Tell your story
for God's glory.

Doing Life
God's Way: by loving, learning, living, and leading people into a relationship
with Jesus Christ through small groups and lifestyle evangelism.

           ———————————–

We, ?? Free
Methodist Church of ??? intend to initially start
30 new groups by October 10, 2010.  Their
purpose will be to use a variety of approaches to build Christ Centered
relationships that will allow us to bring the unsaved into the Kingdom of God.

           ———————————–

To begin
groups of two or three persons with the purpose of reaching more people for Christ
and assisting present believers to grow in Christ. These groups would be of the
same gender and meet weekly for personal accountability, Scripture reading and
prayer.

           ———————————–

"We
will modify our small group structure to begin using a semester-based schedule
and require each group to pray for and invite at least one non-Christian in
order to continue meeting. The Sunday School ministry will model small group
leadership and the Board will accommodate these priorities for all age
levels".

           ———————————–

We the
members of the ???? Free Methodist
Church are willing to
step outside of our comfort zone to reach the unsaved.  We will go beyond our territory proclaiming
His story to win others to glory.

           ———————————–

We launched
or reinvented 22 groups/ministries over the past 24 months, each with the
purpose to reach non-believers.  We will
courageously and intentionally continue to create a culture of rapid kingdom
expansion through these groups/ministries led by lay people.

           ———————————–

We
currently have 7-13 Community Groups open to new believers, neighbors, friends,
non-believers and mature believers.  This
fall we will reactivate after a summer hiatus.

           ———————————–

To
prayerfully and sacrificially invest my time, energy and money to develop spontaneous,
and intentional, authentic, friendships with people who do not yet know they
need Jesus.

           ———————————–

We will
create intentional small groups of 2 to 4 persons where both believers and
non-believers can discover the transforming power of God's love as shared
through the stories of the Bible and our lives.

Our
community is extremely ethnically diverse. One group already started is

reading, commenting, and questions. Something almost anyone could lead.

           ———————————–

The reason
that ???? was formed was to reach out to those that the church doesn't deal
with.  Bikers are outside the norm for
most people, being bikers we knew the need and therefore knew what was needed.  Our purpose is to show everyone that God
loves them where they are and bikers really don't get that from other people
outside of the biker community.  Once
people see that we're real they will come.
All of our members reach out to the community that we're a part of for
Christ's purposes.

Project
“TELLING THE HISTORY” 2010-11.

Vision of
the Project: We seek to expand the Kingdom
of God sharing The
History that has changed the world, The Word of God"

We will be
developing the vision of The Free Methodist Church of North America, creating a
culture of quick expansion of the Kingdom", evangelizing, worshiping,
praying and telling The story of Jesus in small groups.

Mission of the project: To cause numeric
growth (new converted) and to produce growth in each leader's life involved in
the project.

Numeric
growth because we hope that the Holy Spirit will convince their lives of sin,
justice and trial.

The
leader's spiritual growth because he/she will be learning The Word, it will be
obeying the biblical command given in Mr. 16:15 of Go to preach the gospel to
all creature, it will be assuming responsibilities that undoubtedly have the
blessing and the approval of God.

Mathew
28:19-20—In what consists the project of evangelism, telling the story,
worship, pray and discipleship? This project is an effort of “THE CHURCH AND
FOR THE CHURCH”, in which we have the initial goal to capture 30 brothers,
which we will prepare and we will train, then to commend them and to
disseminate them for the whole city of Lawrence and its surroundings; with it
commends it of forming the same quantity of small groups to share The Word, to
Pray for the necessities of people of their group.

At this
time we have 32 brothers that have been trained already,  each brother
have been provided the material to share the most important history in
the universe, the history that changes the life of all human being.

Strategies
to begin the project:

a) Each
brother should look for of 1-3 people non believers,

b) Each
brother will meet with their group 1 time a week (at least during 3 weeks
consecutives)—if the person wants to continue studying and learning The Word
is not a problem in continuing the quantity of weeks that’s necessary. If the
person is not interested in continuing studying The Word, the leader will need
to capture other people.

c) The time
to share with its group should not surpass the 40 minutes,

d) It is a
time to evangelize, to pray exclusively for people of their group and to
respond questions of their small group.

In the
planning of the project we develop the following actions:

1.-It
interviews to determine the vision of the church about the necessity of sharing
the Word of God with other people.

2.-Four
preaching about the necessity of sharing The Word with others.

3.-We
present the vision from the project to the voluntary brothers that are part of
the project in their first execution stage (leaders of groups).

4.-During 3
days we train each group leader, we form 3 groups of 11 people each one.  Each group has a leader that takes charge of
to coordinate and to provide the resources that they need. I explain to them
some forms how they could tell the story of Jesus with people that they will
work.

5.-We
practice with each other  the form that
we will like to Tell the  story of  Jesus.

6.-Special
services of Prays, vigils, morning service, fasts.

7.-We made
a listing of all the relatives of the brothers that they are not still
Christian and we are praying for each one of them.

Who will

??? Community Free Methodist
Church will endeavor to
seek individuals who have the passion to reach their communities with the love
of Jesus.  We will help them organize
small groups who will demonstrate through actions, conversation, and love the
fulfillment of the Christian life.

           ———————————–

We're
focusing on new individuals from our church becoming the catalyst for new small
groups – these groups are going to reaching our community through practical
application (Dave Ramsey, marriage groups, etc).  Also, we're going to do small, small groups
to continue to be "other focused" and invite non-believers in.

           ———————————–

I will
prepare short Bible Stories to tell to my neighborhood children and grandchild.
I will follow up with rowhouse neighbors by Oct. to have another small group
meeting.

           ———————————–

By teaching
and preaching the word, to the people instilling in them the importance of
sharing God's love with others. By holding social events that would give people
the opportunity to invite non-churchgoers to come.

To show
them how to share their story in a small group setting.

           ———————————–

Gonna go.

Til we
overflow.

10by 10/10

           ———————————–

I am
currently leading 6 women to follow In Christ Steps. I will continue to mentor
and guide them and other through my church and most of all with Jesus

           ———————————–

We, the ???
Community Free Methodist Church, of ???, PA, intend to begin reproducing groups
of 2 or 3 persons meeting bi-weekly with the purpose of Telling God's Story as
we find it in the Bible, Living God's Story so our actions reveal God's Truth,
and Praying for the cherished missing.
We desire to see rapid kingdom expansion.

           ———————————–

We at the
??? Free Methodist Church in ???, New
York will create an organic, low-bureaucracy,
spontaneous model for small groups that empowers people to identify their
peers, create, expand, and multiply their own small groups.  Ours is a hybrid model, continuing small
groups already in place – in homes, prisons, etc. – focusing them on including
non-Christians, while creating new 2 and 3 person small groups by inviting
church goers to identify their peers and join them in gatherings that center
around scripture, accountability and prayer – targeting especially those who
are hurting and in need.

           ———————————–

By July
10th we will begin several “TAG teams” which are designed to build and
strengthen the believers through TALKING about the impact that the scriptures
they read and took notes on that week had on them, ASKING each other the
questions as we  examine our lives and
confess sin in mutual accountability, and GIVING time to prayer for each other
and those living far from Christ with the primary purpose of empowering team
members to “TAP out” –side the walls of the church to those who are living far
from Christ.

Our efforts
will only be seen as successful if, by October 10th, the people from this
church are actively going outside the church and initiating relationships with
those that are non-believing, communicating the gospel message to them in a way
that they understand and are giving them regular opportunities to receive Jesus
as their own personal savior (TAP teams) as they Tell the stories of Jesus,
Answer questions, and Pray with and/or for them.

Nothing
short of this will be seen as success.

           ———————————–

We will
train those in our current groups, who are new and
non-believers-on-the-journey, to "tell the story."  (Each time we meet, a new story will be told,
read, and re-told).  By October, our
prayer is that these people will be creating new groups of their own (goal by
end of year: 5 groups).

           ———————————–

We, the New
Church-Plant of the ??? FMC of ???, Louisiana
will start 3 new groups by 10/10/10. The first will serve military families
experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) along with other social and
religious concerns, the second will serve adult men and women with weight
control issues, and the third will serve young adults and others in Christian
education through a Christian drama group.

           ———————————–

We plan to
investigate potential small group activities in which our church family may
already be involve,  which we did not
currently know about, and encourage their development.  In addition, we are praying for and seeking to
find “starters” to lead new small groups that are new and unique.

           ———————————–

We the ??? FMC will start 10 new groups by
10/10/10. The purpose of each group will be to minister to the unsaved through
discussion, fellowship and prayer by winning souls, establishing friendships
and introducing others into the loving atmosphere of the church.

           ———————————–

??? Church
will keep our existing small groups and add to it, 25 Life Transformation
Groups to deepen relationships and help people grow closer to God. The types
and focus of the groups will be determined by the individual starters of the
groups.

           ———————————–

With much
prayer and dependence on the Holy Spirit, we will empower our fellowship of
believers through peer testimonies and core teaching to share God's story
through our story with non-believers.

Building
upon our experience with Faith in Action, we will encourage each believer in
our fellowship to partner with others in small groups to meet specific needs in
our community and get together regularly for person spiritual development with
the expectation of including outsiders in both of these activities.

           ———————————–

We at ???
Church will start 8 new groups of 2-4 people with one unsaved person by
10/10/10. In order to give opportunities of salvation

           ———————————–

We will
seek to create reproducing groups led by lay people that study God's Word, pray
for each other and care for each other. Our intention is to reach out in love
to include those in our community and the world around us as we share God's
Word, love and fellowship with those who may not know him.
